Online Social Media Analysis, P2P System, Privacy and Security


Research Experience:

He is junior researcher (RTD-A) at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Palermo. He received a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Pisa and he is an associate researcher at the Institute of Informatics and Telematics (IIT) of the National Research Council (CNR), where he has 2 years post-doc research experience. His research area is related to the Complex network analysis, Web Mining, aspects of Security and Privacy of the Online Social Networks data and he has been the co-author of several documents published on International Journals, Conferences, and Workshops. His research results received some international awards and he has served as member of several national research groups (GNCS, GRIN, CLUSIT), Organizing Committee, and Technical Program Committee in the area of Online Social Networks Analysis, Distributed System, and Privacy.
