Gang Liu, Ph.D., Associate Professor, main research direction, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, public policy analysis, data mining, machine learning. Born in September 1976, he began his career at the School of Computer Science and Technology of Harbin Engineering University in 1999.In 2005, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and a postdoctoral fellow at Monash University in Australia in 2014.Member of the American Computer Society, member of the Chinese Computer Society, member of the Heilongjiang Provincial Computer Society. He has been engaged in teaching and research in software and theory, pattern recognition and intelligent systems, program verification, model construction, etc. in colleges and universities for a long time. He has conducted in-depth research on policy association mining, intelligent software testing, model construction and detection, game theory, policy verifiability proof, formal representation method and policy simulation, and has achieved unique characteristics at home and abroad. Research results. It is an influential auditing expert in the field of computer auditing in China. It represents the top level in China in the field of computer networked auditing technology research and social insurance auditing practice. Participated in the national policy audit, participated in the formulation of standards issued by the two ministries, and the results of the policy audits obtained were included in the work report of the Prime Minister's government. As the second person in charge, he presided over the application and assumed 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and undertook 2 national science and technology support plan projects, 5 basic scientific research projects of the central university, 1 project of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Heilongjiang Province, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation 1 item. He won one second prize of China's informatization achievements, one second prize of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Progress Award, two third prizes, four patents and seven software copyrights. He has published more than 40 academic papers related to this project in foreign academic journals and IEEE international academic conferences, and more than 20 papers have been searched by SCI, EI and ISTP. He published 4 monographs and textbooks.
