Research Experience:

Dr. Paul Blondel got his MSc degree in Robotics and Computer Science. Later he obtained a PhD about the problem of automatic human detection from the air at mid-altitude from a highly unstable and fast flying robot vector (in the MIS and Heudiasyc laboratories in France). He pursued his career in Machine Learning and AI as a Data Scientist in an airline company to forecast the number of seats to resell per flight (overbooking). Later that he entered the startup world as an experienced Data Scientist for a successful french AI startup (Recast.AI, recently bought by SAP). 

He is  deeply curious and passionate about understanding problems as a whole. Understanding the theory is as interesting to him as the technical aspects to resolve when put into practice. He is passionate about the transmission of knowledge to peers or laymen, as a trainer, a teacher or through my articles and reports.
